What happens next?

We check feasibility & come back to you
Usually within one working day with a personalised estimate based on your requirements.
You confirm & pay a deposit
£150 per person (£100 for a single centre break). Your deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel, but refunded in full if we can't accommodate your dates.
We confirm your holiday
Once accommodation is booked, you'll receive your official confirmation and invoice.
Balance due 8 weeks before departure
We'll remind you when it's due — no surprises.
Your walk pack arrives
Around 6 weeks before you set off, we'll post your Walk Pack and email your personalised itinerary PDF.

Please don't book flights until you've received your written holiday confirmation. On the rare occasion your preferred dates aren't available, we'll offer the closest alternatives - or refund your deposit in full.

Each holiday is individually arranged, which is how we like it — though in busy periods confirmation may take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.
